Fees

• I use a sliding scale model to ensure fair exchange that reflect your financial ability. You can find more here

Payments & Terms

• Payments are made in advance.

• Multi-session packages roll over in the event of travel, illness, or emergencies; payment holds for up to 4 weeks

• Paid sessions expire after 6 weeks of continuous non-use.

Attendance

• Sessions will be online via Zoom.  I will send you the link and password via email in advance our session.  Sessions will NOT be recorded.

• Please let me know if you will be running late. Sessions begin and end on time and late arrivals will forfeit time between the beginning of the session and arrival.

Rescheduling and cancellations

• 48-hour notice for cancellation or rearrangement of your session.  50% of your session fee will be applied if you give less than 48-hour notice.

• If we can reschedule within the same week or the following week, this charge will not apply.

• If you are cancelling due to a chronic illness or disability you have, the cancellation fee will be 5BHD / 15USD.

• If I need to cancel or rearrange a session, I will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will try to reschedule within that week if possible.
