These offerings are continually revised as I learn from my successes & failures.
I create new services and events in response to arising individual & collective needs.
No sessions, circles, workshops are ever the same!

Mentorship

One-to-one sessions that are adapted to your needs and respect your culture and traditions. Clients receive a tailored grounding practice, thoughtful questions, practical guidance, and after-care via email or text. This comprehensive support allows for deер multidimensional exploration and addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Companionship

As a full-circle doula, I provide support from pre-conception to the end-of-life. I can support mothers & their families navigating challenging births, pregnancy loss, and/or NICU. I offer non-judgmental, compassionate support that includes education and guidance as well as emotional, spiritual and/practical care & ceremonies.
I adapt to your needs and respect your culture and traditions. During these times, humans need
companionship so that they don’t have to do the hard stuff all alone.

Learning

My approach to learning is both holistic and integrative, drawing from a wide range of disciplines and experiences. Learning neccessarily extends beyond traditional boundaries, encompassing both the intellectual and the emotional, the personal and the communal.
My classes and workshops are rooted in science, psychology, sociology and history AND are adapted to the group.
I present knowledge within an intersectional framework that places you, the individual, within the larger context of interpersonal, community, institutional, systemic, and structural ecosystems.
I have the skill to simplify difficult concepts so that they are easier to understand. I encourage curiosity, questions, and critical thinking to promote learning for liberation.
