Weekly reflections. Each week will have a theme-related prompt, and you will have an opportunity to share your weekly reflections. I will offer feedback and guidance on your reflections so that we can learn from each other. This group work is hosted on the Mighty Network Platform.
Peer Support. Your peers also provide support via Listening Partnerships and encouragement either on MN or privately. All members have the responsibility to respond to other’s sharing. This is how we build circles of support.

Feedback
I was able to navigate a difficult conversation with my aunt. While I didn’t change her mind, I recognized the importance of challenging some of the intolerant beliefs she shared with me. The topic was related to gender/sexuality but I was able to have more confidence and self-efficacy from the discussion on boundaried self-care, leading with curiousity, and the relation between family and society because of this. It truly demonstrated the way that white supremacy is just one flavor of hierarchy/supremacy at large and these concepts are widely applicable.
