Although I had the scientific knowledge of fertility and menstruation and even taught it to medical and nursing students, the womb yoga training revealed that I was woefully unaware of essential womb wisdom. Our patriarchal values ensures that as a most women and girls today are ignorant of our biology. To remedy this, I engaged in the series of workshops and trainings.

Womb Wisdom Workshops & Retreats
I deeply benefited from attending these womb-centered workshops & retreats. They were held in nature and I could be in the company of women who were seeking such knowledge. There was space and time for us to receive wisdom that was our birthright. We had support to journey through the information & insights as well as navigate the arising emotions and memories.
The menstrual intelligence I gained had such a profound, positive impact on my life, that I was inspired to take further training so that I could support other women and girls with connecting to their womb wisdom.

Menstrual Mentorship/Leadership Training
These two trainings complemented each other. In doing the Journey of Young Woman training, I gave my young self the opportunity to receive the wisdom I wish I had as a teenager as well as learning how to present this information in an accessible format to young girls. On the other hand, the Women’s Quest training was bittersweet for me because I was at the end of perimenopause. So, the knowledge gained offered hindsight to past experiences but unfortunately I was unable to implement it for myself. However, I am grateful that I can share this essential information with other women and girls so that they can benefit from it.
