Lunar Cycle Explorations

Lunar Cycle Exploration is an invitation to pause and slow down so that we can reflect on our human experience and explore our cyclical nature by connecting with the lunar cycle.

This circle provides a group space to begin the practice of self-study and shared support and learning so that we
1. can observe the ebb & flow of our day-to-day experience, and our fluid, ever-changing mindscape,
2. can connect with other humans in a safe/brave, non-judgemental, and inclusive space to explore our humanity,
3. learn how we are shaped by nature
