In facing my dense, shadow side, I have found understanding, compassion, kindness, forgiveness and liberation. And so can you.

My shadow work with grief invited me to also meet anger, hate, fear, shame, and trauma. I am befriending these unnamed, suppressed, repressed, trapped sensations, emotions, and feelings and navigate their territories with self-compassion and self-forgiveness. In doing so, I continue to metabolize and alchemize these energies and experience into wisdom and motivation.

My ease with my shadow side allows me to be fully and bravely present, to witness and to guide you as you journey through your shadow land. I am at ease surfing the waves of strong and overwhelming emotions until we come to shore.

My lived experience with life’s hurricanes has prepared me to face the polycrisis of environmental, economic, political, social collapse all of which feels like a collective initiation and rebirth. I am meeting this challenge with the perseverance & steadfastness in hope and compassion that I have cultivated in my lifetime.

Together, we can do the hard things.

Below are 3 key findings from exploring my shadow side.
